OVERVIEW Welcome to YFsign! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Henan Yefan Sign Co., Ltd. (operating as YFsign). YFsign operates this store and website to provide you with a professional, custom-made signage shopping experience.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS (CUSTOM SPECIFICATIONS) We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, as our products (including LED signs and 3D letters) are custom-made, slight variations in color and texture may occur due to device settings or material batches. Descriptions of products are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZATION When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. For custom signage, you are responsible for providing accurate design files and dimensions. Contrary to standard retail terms, we acknowledge and support purchases for commercial use, resale, or business branding projects. Once production begins on a custom order, cancellations may not be accommodated.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, or import customs duties. For international B2B orders, the buyer is responsible for all local import taxes and fees. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We ship from our factory in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. All delivery times (typically via DHL, FedEx, or USPS) are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer products to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site is owned by YFsign. When you provide designs or logos (e.g., reindeer patterns or brand logos) for customization, you represent that you own the rights to such designs and indemnify YFsign against any third-party infringement claims.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY YFsign is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases are made directly with YFsign. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales or products.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY YFsign (including our 2-year warranty on LED modules), the services and products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, specifically where Henan Yefan Sign Co., Ltd. is headquartered.
