30-Day Return Request Period We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customized Products (Non-Returnable) Please note that most of our products, including LED signage and 3D letters, are custom-made based on your specific design and requirements. As these items are personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping damages.

Eligibility for Non-Custom Items To be eligible for a return on standard (non-custom) items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception at your shop location in Zhengzhou or your final destination. Contact us immediately at yefansign@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return (For Defective Items Only) To start a return for a defective product, contact us at yefansign@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to our factory address in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, please note that customized products are exempt from this cooling-off period under EU consumer law.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
