Shipping policy

Order Processing Time (Custom Made) Since our products are high-quality custom-made LED signs, they require a production period. Most orders are processed and manufactured within 5-7 business days after design confirmation. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use DHL, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe and fast delivery from our factory in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China.

• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.

• Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 3-7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses YFsign ships to addresses worldwide. However, for large LED signage, we recommend providing a physical street address as some express carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes YFsign is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages YFsign is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at yefansign@gmail.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
